SHAKER FILTER DUST COLLECTORS
Australian Dust Control designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of Shaker Filter Dust Collectors that are suitable for small to medium size applications with an airflow capacity of up to 50,000m3/hr. They are made from galvanised steel and have low energy consumption, emit low noise and have a wide range of options available providing great flexibility. A shaker mechanism cleans the filter socks during shutdown intervals in this system. The Shaker Dust Collector is a very economical filtration system and is suitable for many industries including timber, paper, plastics, powder coating and is a popular system for many schools and TAFE colleges. The Shaker Dust Collector can be fitted with Australian Dust Control’s Variable Speed Drive which will result in significant and ongoing energy cost savings.

REVERSE FLOW FILTER DUST COLLECTORS
The innovative and energy efficient European design of the Reverse Flow Filter Dust Collector is completely modular, therefore providing customers the flexibility to future-proof their business for further expansion. The optional chain filter allows for extra modules to be added. The Reverse Flow Dust Collector has the option to be fitted with Australian Dust Control’s Variable Speed Drive resulting in significant and ongoing energy cost savings.

REVERSE PULSE FILTER DUST COLLECTORS
Australian Dust control designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of Reverse Pulse Filter Dust Collectors which have low energy consumption, emit low noise and have a wide range of options available providing great flexibility. This system is available with an airflow capacity of more than 100,000m3/hr. It has a continuous cleaning cycle with high pressure air pulsing over each row of filter socks allowing for non stop operation

This type of system is self cleaning and allows only clean air to be discharged into the atmosphere. CYCLONES
Australian Dust Control designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of energy efficient Cyclones which are suitable for all industries. The cyclonic action causes the dust particles to settle at the base of the Cyclone with the relief air discharging into the atmosphere.
