Australian Dust Control
installs Reverse Flow Dust Collector at Kitchen Innovations
Australian Dust Control has a commitment to a
cleaner greener environment and endeavours to designing energy efficient
dust collectors.
Kitchen Innovations in Melbourne, a leading manufacturer
of kitchens in Victoria, recently commissioned Australian Dust Control
to design and install a more efficient central dust collector system
to replace its old mobile dust collector system.
Tailored to meet the individual needs of each
customer is the key factor. In Kitchen Innovations case, Australian
Dust Control custom designed a Reverse Flow Dust Collector system
with a 75kw fan.
The Reverse Flow Dust Collector has the advantage
of being a modular dust collector system which allows for additional
modules to be added should the company expand its manufacturing
operation in the future.
The system also included Solenoid Control Blast
Gates which assists in reducing electrical power savings.
This large scale Reverse Flow Dust Collector consisting
of 6 modules was a significant achievement for the Australian Dust
Control team. Just as important was to maximise the energy efficiency
of the Reverse Flow Dust Collector and to significantly reduce energy
bills.
A Variable Speed Drive Control, which is unique
to Australian Dust Control, was an added option fitted to the Reverse
Flow Dust Collector.
The waste product produced in the manufacturing
process is saw dust and shavings from MDF and particle board and
this is discharged into 2 x 3 cubic metre waste bins directly from
the Reverse Flow Dust Collector.
