installs Reverse Pulse Dust Collector at Moduline
Australian Dust Control has serviced the industry
for many years.
Australian Dust Control has a good edge when it
comes to choosing Dust Collector system because of its high level
of service and support together with its flexible energy saving
designs.
Several kitchen manufacturers look to Australian
Dust Control to provide a good solution to update from their old
Dust Collector Systems.
Moduline, a large kitchen manufacturer located
in far North Queensland needed to upgrade from its old Cyclone Dust
Collector System which had become noisy and the technology outdated.
Australian Dust Control replaced the Cyclone Dust
Collector with a Reverse Pulse Dust Collector which was fitted with
a 75kw clean air centrifugal fan.
Australian dust Control had to design the Reverse
Pulse Dust Collector to fit into a very tight floor space.
The Reverse Pulse Dust Collector provided Moduline
with the increased capacity they needed as well as low noise emission.
The 75kw purpose built fan was bolted directly
to the Reverse Pulse Dust Collector immediately overcoming the problem
of restricted floor space.
The waste produced in the manufacturing process
is mainly fine dust particles from MDF board. This waste is fed
directly from the Reverse Pulse Dust Collector into a 4.5 cubic
metre waste bin.
The Reverse Pulse Dust Collector is only one type
of dust collector in the extensive range designed by Australian
Dust Control.
