Australian Native Landscapes, a well known landscape supply business, were in need of a new dust collector at 5 different sites and employed the services of Australian Dust Control to custom design a dust collector that would be suitable for their application. A Cyclone Dust Collector was the appropriate one for the job that would meet their special needs. Australian Native landscapes required a dust collector at 5 different sites for their Tumbler / Separators which produce landscaping mulch from coarse grade to fine grade. There is a certain amount of plastic which is mixed in with the original product and this needed to be extracted. The Cyclone Dust Collector designed by Australian Dust Control for their customer was fitted with a 22 kw fan to filter and extract the waste product. A Variable Speed Drive was an option also fitted to the Cyclone Dust Collector with the potential to save the customer up to 50% on energy bills.
