Australian Dust Control installs mobile cartridge Dust Collector at Instant Access Australian Dust Control has a Dust Collector suitable for many applications across a range of industries. No job is too small or too big for Australian Dust Control’s design team. Instant Access, located at Auburn in NSW, specialise in the manufacture of aluminium scaffold. Instant Access was updating its manufacturing facility with the purchase of a new docking saw. Australian Dust Control was commissioned to design and install a twin cartridge mobile Dust Collector for Instant Access. The mobile cartridge Dust Collector had only one pick up point and was fitted with a 4kw fan. The waste produced in the manufacturing process is aluminium shavings which discharge directly from the docking saw into plastic waste bags at the base of the twin filters. These aluminium shavings are then ready for recycling. Australian Dust Control is committed to helping its customers provide a clean and safe working environment as well as maximising energy efficiency.
