Australian Dust Control
installs reverse pulse dust collector at Sonnex
The flexible and energy efficient designs of
dust and fume extraction systems from Australian Dust Control make
it an ideal choice for manufacturers looking to update from their
existing systems.
Australian Dust Control was commissioned by Sonnex,
in Adelaide, to install a reverse pulse dust and fume extraction
system. Sonnex specialises in laser cutting steel plate for the
steel fabrication industry.
Sonnex was expanding and updating its operation
with addition of a new laser cutting line and required a reverse
pulse dust and fume extraction system fitted with a 15kw fan to
extract the waste consisting of fumes and steel particles.
The steel particles discharge directly into a
200 litre waste bin and the fumes are filtered before being discharged
to the atmosphere.
Australian Dust Control has a wide range of dust
and fume extraction systems which can be adapted to many industries.
An increasing number of manufacturing companies around Australia
are realising that Australian Dust Control are the ideal ones to
solve their dust and fume extraction needs.
The Reverse Pulse Dust and Fume Extraction System installed by
Australian Dust Control comply with all OH&S regulations set down
creating a safe and clean working environment.
